Maybe

 Maybe you’re not the angry mom.

Not the impatient one.
Not the mom who “yells too much” or “never gets it right.”

Maybe you’re just… tired.
Maybe your nervous system is overwhelmed.
Maybe you’re living in a body that hasn’t had a real break in years.

Maybe it’s not you that’s the problem.
Maybe it’s the pressure. The invisible weight you carry every single day.
The noise. The clutter. The responsibilities. The people depending on you.
The way your name gets called 47 times before your coffee even cools.
The way you go to bed thinking of everyone else.

You’re not failing.
You’re surviving.
You’re mothering.
You’re doing your best in a life that doesn’t often give you space to breathe.

So maybe you don’t need to “be better.”
Maybe you just need a reset.
A minute to step away.
A soft place to land.
A reminder that you’re allowed to pause.
Allowed to take a breath.
Allowed to give yourself the grace you so freely give to everyone else.
