Lennox Castle
Lennox Castle is an abdandoned castle in Lennoxtown, East Dunbartonshire, Scotland, built in the early 1800s and used as a grand stately home, Glasgow city council bought the castle and grounds in 1936 and the buildings on the grounds were used to help people with learning disabilities and the castle was used to house nurses, a separate maternity unit was also opened where Scottish singer LuLu was born, the hospital closed in the early 2000s and the castle and once grand grounds were allowed to fall into disrepair, I honestly felt so sad seeing such a beautiful building left to rot. All around it there are glimpses of its once grand past, if anyone on here is a billionaire and wants a project, if you are a football fan Glasgow Celtic football club
Converted part of the grounds into a training centre.
