Het is belangrijk om jezelf toe te staan dat je voor jezelf mag zorgen, wat er ook gebeurd. Dat jij de belangrijkste persoon in jouw leven bent. Sta sterk voor waar jouw hart je naartoe leidt. Dan zal de weerstand die je voelt bij jezelf en bij anderen verdwijnen.
