COLOR SHIMMERED ALONG THE EDGE OF THE STORM

COLOR SHIMMERED ALONG THE EDGE OF THE STORM

A towering thundercloud rises into the sky — and along its edge, sunlight separates into bands of teal, gold, and soft fire tones. This is cloud iridescence: tiny droplets and ice crystals scattering light at just the right angle, creating shifting color against the darker cloud mass.

One moment the sky is heavy with rain… the next, a delicate spectrum appears above the treetops.
