THE NIGHT THE STORM SPUN A RAINBOW TORNADO

THE NIGHT THE STORM SPUN A RAINBOW TORNADO

🌈

At first it looked like lightning trapped inside a funnel… then the colors started to stack .. red to violet ... spiraling down from the cloud base like a glowing drill made of prism light.

The mountains were already fading into dusk when the storm cell parked itself over the ridge. Moist air rolled through the valley, the sky turned ink-blue, and that single vortex formed in the distance...bright at the core, shimmering at the edges, like the storm was twisting sunlight into a neon ribbon.
