Yes, San Francisco is foggy, but not to the point where you need to wear a jacket like you’re about to climb Everest. And looking at Phoebe, it looks like the temperature inside has already risen above boiling point. The audience must have wanted to scream, “Take it off, baby, it’s too hot!”
