Patricia Mattick

 Patricia Mattick (July 31,1951–December 6, 2003)

She is probably best known for The Beguiled (1971) and appearances in 1970s television, such as "Columbo," "Mannix" and "Tales of the Unexpected." She was born Patricia Colleen Mattick on July 31, 1951 in Denver, Colorado and attended Grover Cleveland High School in Reseda, California, graduating in 1969. Going by "Pattye," she appeared in several plays between 1981 and 1983 at the Los Angeles-based theater company, Padua Playwrights Productions, performing in "The Visit," "The Danube" and "Bercilak's Dream." At five-foot-two, she leaned mostly to playing younger characters, making her first TV appearance in "Room 222," followed by appearances in 1970s crime dramas such as "Columbo," "Ironside" "Longstreet," "Mannix," "Insight," "The FBI," "Owen Marshall, Counselor at Law," "Emergency," "Cannon," "The Streets of San Francisco," "Tales of the Unexpected," "Lou Grant" and "Trapper John, M.D." After her TV career, she switched to theater and appeared in numerous theater productions through the 80s and 90s. Mattick died at age 52 from cancer on December 6, 2003 in Tallahassee, Florida. She is buried at Granby Cemetery in Granby, Colorado.
