Sleep deprived mothers

Sleep deprived mothers don’t need to be told to sleep train their babies.

They need to be told to eat a protein rich breakfast, even if it’s standing at the counter.
To ease up on the caffeine that promises help but takes more than it gives.
To nap when the baby sleeps without narrating it as laziness.
To go heavy on minerals because their body is carrying more than exhaustion.
To step outside and let the sun touch their face like a quiet reset.

They don’t need fixing.
They need support.
They need nourishment.
They need gentleness in a season that asks for everything.

And they need to hear this, clearly and often.

You are not failing.
You are not weak.
You are doing an amazing job.
