Teach your daughters to say no

 Teach your daughters to say no.

Teach them to say hell no.
Teach them to speak their truth loud enough that no one can silence it.

But don’t stop there.
Teach your sons to listen.
Teach them to respect boundaries.
Teach them that no doesn’t mean try harder, it doesn’t mean maybe it means no. Period.

Because raising strong daughters isn’t enough if we aren’t raising respectful sons too.
The balance matters. The example matters.
And it starts with us.
