The ones carrying the mental load that never seems to end The appointments the school forms the bills the meals the laundry the birthdays the groceries the bedtime routines The ones who remember every detail so the whole house doesn’t fall apart

It feels heavy because it is heavy Not because you are weak Not because you can’t handle it But because you are holding a thousand invisible things all at once and no one really sees just how much you do

Please know this your kids notice more than you think Your heart knows the truth you forget when you are tired And one day you will look back and realize how much love and care you poured into your family how you held it all together even when it felt like too much
